Matsyendrasana

Matsyendrasana (Sansekerta: ; IAST: Matsyendrāsana), Pose Matsyendra atau Pose Penguasa Ikan, adalah asana memutar duduk dalam hatha yoga dan yoga modern sebagai latihan. Bentuk lengkapnya adalah Paripurna Matsyendrasana yang sulit. Varian yang umum dan lebih mudah adalah Ardha Matsyendrasana. Asana biasanya muncul sebagai putaran tulang belakang duduk dengan banyak variasi, dan dalam bentuk setengahnya adalah salah satu dari dua belas asana dasar dalam banyak sistem hatha yoga.[1]
