Marguerite "Maggie" McNamara (18 Juni 1928 – 18 Februari 1978) adalah seorang aktris dan model panggung, film, dan televisi dari Amerika Serikat.[1] McNamara memulai karirnya sebagai remaja model fesyen. Dia menjadi perhatian publik dalam film kontroversial The Moon Is Blue (1953) yang disutradarai oleh Otto Preminger, mengulangi peran yang dia mainkan dalam produksi drama Chicago. Dia mendapatkan nominasi Academy Award untuk Aktris Terbaik untuk perannya dalam film tersebut.

Dia muncul hanya dalam tiga film setelah The Moon Is Blue dan membuat film terakhirnya pada tahun 1963. Setelah lima peran sebagai bintang tamu dalam serial televisi pada awal 1960-an, dia pensiun dari dunia akting. Selama sisa hidupnya, dia bekerja sebagai juru ketik di New York City. Pada tanggal 18 Februari 1978, McNamara meninggal karena overdosis barbiturat pada usia 49.
