Leonid Denisovich Kizim (Кизим Леонид Денисович) (5 Agustus 1941 – 14 Juni 2010) adalah seorang antariksawan Soviet. Kizim lahir di Krasnyi Lyman, Oblast Donetsk, Uni Soviet (sekarang Lyman, Ukraina).[2] Ia lulus dari Perguruan Tinggi Angkatan Udara pada 1975; dan bertugas sebagai pilot uji coba dalam Angkatan Udara Soviet. Ia terpilih menjadi antariksawan pada 23 Oktober 1965.

Ia pensiun pada 13 Juni 1987, dan wafat pada 14 Juni 2010.[1] Leonid Kizim telah menikah dan memiliki dua anak.
