Laguna Aitoliko (bahasa Yunani: Λιμνοθάλασσα Αιτωλικού Limnothalassa Aitolikou) adalah sebuah laguna yang terletak di selatan Aetolia-Acarnania, Yunani. Laguna ini dipisahkan oleh pulau Aitoliko dari Laguna Missolonghi (sebuah teluk di Teluk Patras) yang lebih besar di daerah selatannya. Laguna ini bersama dengan Laguna Missolonghi membentuk kompleks Laguna Missolonghi–Aitoliko. Kedalaman maksimumnya adalah 28 meter.[1] Laguna Aitoliko memiliki salinitas 19-28 PSU dan airnya payau. Penipisan oksigen terjadi di sebagian besar laguna, tetapi telah berkurang sejak tahun 2002 dengan pembuatan bukaan yang lebih besar di sekitar pulau Aitoliko dan saluran pengerukan di Laguna Messolongi.[1] Pemukiman utama di sekitar laguna ini adalah kota Aitoliko.
