Keuskupan Agung Lyon (Latin: Archidioecesis Lugdunensis; Prancis: Archidiocèse de Lyon), awalnya Keuskupan Agung Lyon–Vienne–Embrun, adalah sebuah keuskupan agung Metropolitan Katolik Roma di Prancis. Uskup Agungnya saat ini adalah Kardinal Philippe Barbarin.[1] Ia adalah penerus dari Santo Pothinus dan Santo Irenaeus, yang masing-masing adalah uskup Lyon pertama dan kedua,[2] dan disebut Primat suku bangsa Gaul.[3] Keuskupan tersebut merupakan salah satu keuskupan agung paling prestisius dalam gereja Prancis, dan pemimpinnya biasanya diangkat menjadi Kardinal.
