Kerusuhan LBH Jakarta 2017 merupakan peristiwa yang terjadi dalam kantor Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Indonesia (YLBHI) sekaligus Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) yang merupakan serangkaian aksi kericuhan dan perusakan yang terjadi pada hari Minggu, 17 September malam hingga Senin, 18 September 2017 dini hari.[1] Mereka memprotes kegiatan yang sedang diselenggarakan di kantor tersebut karena dituding berbau komunis. Ratusan massa yang berkumpul mendesak untuk masuk karena mereka menengarai adanya kegiatan Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI). Massa ditolak masuk dengan alasan acara sudah selesai dan tidak berkaitan dengan PKI. Akhirnya terjadi kerusuhan antara massa yang tidak puas dengan polisi yang berjaga di depan kantor tersebut.[2]
