Katedral Ragusa (bahasa Italia: Duomo di Ragusa, Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di Ragusa, Sisilia, Italia. Katedral ini didedikasikan untuk Santo Yohanes Pembaptis. Gereja saat ini berasal dari awal abad ke-18. Keuskupan ini pernah menjadi pusat Keuskupan Ragusa sejak berdirinya keuskupan tersebut pada tahun 1950.

Sebuah gereja San Giovanni Battista berdiri sebelum gempa Sisilia tahun 1693 di sebelah barat kota tua Ragusa (Ragusa Ibla) di bawah tembok kastil abad pertengahan, di mana sekarang berdiri gereja St. Agnes.[1]

Rusak parah akibat gempa, dibangun kembali di pusat kota atas baru Ragusa di distrik "Patro".[1] Pada tanggal 15 April 1694 peletakan batu pertama dilakukan. Gereja tersebut selesai dibangun hanya dalam waktu empat bulan, sehingga pada tanggal 16 Agustus tahun yang sama dibuka untuk ibadah dalam sebuah upacara khidmat yang dihadiri oleh seluruh tetua daerah. Waktu pembangunan yang singkat menunjukkan bahwa gereja tersebut adalah gereja kecil, tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan distrik baru.[1]

Oleh karena itu, pada tahun 1718, pembangunan di lokasi gereja yang lebih besar dimulai.[1] Dua pembangun utama dari Acireale, Giuseppe Recupero dan Giovanni Arcidiacono, mengawasi proyek tersebut, dan beberapa detail arsitektur gereja San Giovanni merupakan ciri khas dari monumen Baroque di Acireale dan Catania, seperti pintu masuk utama Barok yang monumental dengan kolom-kolom berkarat, yang memiliki kemiripan yang signifikan dengan pintu marmer Katedral Acireale.[1]

Interiornya berasal dari abad ke-19 dan ke-20.[2] Pada tahun 1950 gereja ini menjadi katedral Keuskupan Ragusa yang baru dibentuk.[2]
