Aasiya Noreen (bahasa Urdu: آسیہ نورین ALA-LC [Āsiyah Naurīn] Error: {{Transl}}: unrecognized language / script code: urdu (help) IPA: [ˈɑːsiɑː nɔːˈriːn] yang lebih dikenal sebagai Asia Bibi,[1][2] bahasa Urdu: آسیہ بی بی ALA-LC [Āsiyah Bī Bī] Error: {{Transl}}: unrecognized language / script code: urdu (help) IPA: [ˈɑːsiɑː biː biː], sekitar ca 1971)[1] adalah seorang wanita Kristen Pakistan yang dituduh melakukan penistaan oleh pengadilan Pakistan dan diancam dengan hukuman mati dengan cara digantung. Kejadian yang menimpa Bibi itu bermula saat ibu lima anak itu ditangkap lima tahun lalu setelah seorang wanita menyuruh dia meminum air dari sumur di dekatnya. Bibi kemudian minum menggunakan mangkuk yang telah wanita itu gunakan sebelumnya.

Wanita yang menuduh Bibi itu pergi ke ulama muslim lokal dan melaporkan kejadian tersebut. Wanita muslim itu menuduh Bibi melontarkan omongan menentang Nabi Muhammad, yang akhirnya membuat ia harus ditahan polisi. Setelah penangkapan, Masih dan keluarganya dilaporkan terus bersembunyi dan berpindah rumah 15 kali selama lima tahun.

Di bawah undang-undang Pakistan, siapa pun yang dianggap "mencemarkan nama suci Nabi Muhammad" terancam hukuman penjara seumur hidup atau hukuman mati. Dalam banyak kasus sebelumnya, pengadilan selalu mengurangi hukuman atau bahkan menghapusnya sama sekali. Namun tetap saja massa yang marah di bawah pimpinan para ulama akan membunuh para tertuduh.[3]
