Kado Hari Jadi adalah Film jagal Indonesia yang dirilis pada 4 Juli 2008 yang disutradarai oleh Paul Agusta serta dibintangi oleh Kartika Jahja dan Teuku Rifnu Wikana.

Sinopsis

Yoga (Rifnu Wikana) terbangun karena dering ponselnya dan mendengar suara orang berjalan. Begitu membuka pintu sepasang tangan membekapnya dengan kain. Yoga langsung pingsan dan tersadar sudah dirantai pada sebuah kursi besi. Di hadapannya menggantung sebilah silet, dan di sampingnya terdapat dua batang besi yang mengarahkan pensil tajam ke mata kiri dan perutnya. Dia tak tahu dirinya di mana atau kenapa dia disekap di situ.

Sesekali, seorang perempuan bergaun motif bunga-bunga, Tika (Kartika Jahja), masuk ke dalam ruangan untuk menyiksanya secara kejam namun pelan. Sesekali terdengar juga perempuan itu bicara tentang kondisi korban dengan "dokter" yang tak tampak. Kemudian baru diketahui bahwa korban terakhir ini adalah suaminya yang cacat berat akibat kecelakaan motor suatu hari di saat peringatan ulang tahun pertama pernikahan mereka yang bahagia.

Kisah masa lalu ini berjalan bersama dengan kisah penyiksaan dan kisah pacar Yoga yang mencari-cari kekasihnya yang hilang. Penyiksaan terhadap Yoga adalah balas dendam Tika, karena Yogalah yang merenggut kebahagiaannya. Di akhir film, ia membawa suaminya untuk melihat penyiksaan itu sebagai kado hari jadi mereka. ^[1]
