Jules Vallès

Jules Vallès (nama samaran Jules Vallez), lahir di Puy-en-Velay, Haute-Loire, pada 11 Juni 1832 dan meninggal di arondisemen ke-V Paris pada 14 Februari 1885, merupakan seorang wartawan, penulis, dan politikus sayap kiri Prancis. Pendiri surat kabar Le Cri du peuple, dia adalah salah satu pejabat terpilih selama Komune Paris pada 1871. Dihukum mati, dia harus diasingkan di London dari 1871 hingga 1880. Lahir pada 11 Juni 1832,[1][2][3] Jules Vallès adalah anak ketiga dari Jean-Louis Vallez dan Julie Pascal. Dia muncul sebagai Louis Jules Valles[4] di catatan sipil.
