Irene Fenwick (nee Irene Frizell, 5 September 1887 – 24 Desember 1936)[1] adalah seorang aktris panggung juga film asal Amerika Serikat.[2] Ia menikah dengan aktor Lionel Barrymore[3] dari 1923 sampai kematiannya pada tahun 1936. Fenwick memiliki beberapa film fitur yang masih hidup dari produksinya untuk Layanan Film Fitur Kleine-Edison,[4][5] yang juga memiliki banyak celana pendek yang masih ada di Perpustakaan Kongres.[6]
Bertahun-tahun sebelum menikahi Lionel, Irene pernah berkencan dengan saudara laki-laki Lionel, John.[7][8]
