Ikhwan Fatanna Mokhtar (lahir 13 Juni 1990) adalah seorang penyanyi, komponis, penulis lirik, dan produser rekaman Malaysia.[1][2][3] Ia mulai meraih ketenaran komersial ketika lagu hasil gubahannya, "Jatuh Bangun" oleh Haqiem Rusli dan Aman RA berhasil masuk ke Anugerah Juara Lagu ke-33. Ia juga disebut sebagai Blaine Bakri pada kebanyakan lagu ciptaannya.[4][5]
