Harvard Law Review adalah sebuah tinjauan hukum yang diterbitkan oleh sekelompok mahasiswa independen di Harvard Law School.
Menurut Journal Citation Reports, Harvard Law Review adalah jurnal yang paling banyak dikutip dan faktor pengaruhnya pada tahun 2011 sebesar 3.336, menempatkannya di peringkat kedua dari 134 jurnal di kategori "Hukum".[1] Jurnal ini diterbitkan setiap bulan mulai November hingga Juni. Edisi November khusus membahas kinerja Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat periode sebelumnya. Jurnal ini juga menerbitkan edisi daring bernama Harvard Law Review Forum, sebuah jurnal lanjutan berisi tanggapan terhadap konten jurnal utamanya.
The Harvard Law Review Association, bersama Columbia Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Law Review, dan Yale Law Journal, menerbitkan Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, sistem format kutipan hukum yang paling banyak dipakai di Amerika Serikat.
