Harry Thuku (1895– 14 Juni 1970) adalah seorang politikus asal Kenya, yang menjadi salah satu pionir dalam pengembangan nasionalisme Afrika modern di Kenya. Thuku lahir Kambui, distrik Kiambu, Kenya Tengah.
