Haguenau (bahasa Jerman: Hagenau, bahasa Elsass: Havena) ialah sebuah komune di Bas-Rhin, Alsace, Prancis. Komune ini merupakan sous-prefecture departemen tersebut.

Haguenau terletak 25 kilometer di utara Strasbourg. Di utara kota, terdapat "Forêt de Haguenau", hutan perawan terbesar di negeri ini. Haguenau merupakan komune terbesar ke-4 di Alsace. Komune ini berpenduduk 35.100 jiwa. Luas komune ini mencapai 182,59 kilometer persegi.
