Gagampam adalah salah satu kue tradisional di Kalimantan Selatan yang terbuat dari gumbili atau singkong. Kue ini berwarna coklat dan bercita rasa manis dikarenakan menggunakan gula merah sebagai bahan tambahan. Kue Gagampam biasanya dibuat sebagai makanan rumah atau di warung-warung kue sebagai teman minum teh dan kopi.[1]

Pembuatan

Bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan kue Gagampam adalah singkong parut, gula merah, kelapa parut. Ketiga bahan tersebut dicampur menjadi satu dan tambahkan sedikit garam. Adonan kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam loyang dan dikukus hingga matang.[2]
