Franz Ferdinand adalah grup musik rock Skotlandia yang dibentuk di Glasgow, Skotlandia. Nama mereka diambil dari nama Archduke Franz Ferdinand dari Austria, yang pembunuhannya menyebabkan perang dunia pertama. Anggota Franz Ferdinand adalah Alexander Kapranos (vokal, gitar utama), Robert Hardy (bass, dan backing vokal), Nicholas McCarthy (gitar, keyboard, backing vokal), dan Paul Thomson (drum, backing vokal).
