Organisasi Nasional Anvil atau singkatnya El Yunque (bahasa Inggris: The Anvil) adalah nama dari sebuah bekas perhimpunan rahasia asal Meksiko yang diduga sekarang menjadi pasukan politik nasional dan memiliki tujuan, menurut wartawan Álvaro Delgado, "untuk mempertahankan agama Katolik dan memerangi pasukan Setan, entah melalui kekerasan atau pembunuhan" untuk mendirikan kerajaan Allah di tanah yang menjadi subyek pemerintahan Meksiko sampai mandat-mandat Gereja Katolik Roma melalui infiltrasi seluruh anggotanya ke tingkat-tingkat tertinggi dari kekuasaan politik. Organisasi tersebut diduga dibentuk di Puebla pada awal 1950an.[1][2]
