Earth, Wind & Fire adalah sebuah grup musik lintas genre asal Amerika Serikat. Grup ini memainkan warna musik soul, disko, R&B, funk, jazz, dan rock. Mereka adalah salah satu grup musik yang paling berjaya dan paling diterima pada abad ke-20.[1][2] Rolling Stone menggambarkan mereka sebagai "inovatif, saksama, sensual, diperhitungkan, dan selalu mengembangkan diri" dan menyatakan bahwa grup musik ini "mengubah suara pop kulit hitam".[3]

Dikenal juga melalui singkatannya, EWF, grup ini didirikan di Chicago oleh Maurice White pada tahun 1969. Para anggota lainnya adalah Philip Bailey, Verdine White, Ralph Johnson, Larry Dunn, dan Al McKay. Dua lagu klasik Earth, Wind & Fire telah disertakan ke dalam Grammy Hall of Fame: "That’s the Way of the World" (2004) dan "Shining Star" (2007).[2]

Grup musik ini juga dikenal sebagai grup Afrika-Amerika pertama yang berjaya memenuhkan Madison Square Garden dan menerima Anugerah Tiket Emas MSG.[2] Presiden Barack Obama mengundang Earth, Wind & Fire untuk tampil di Gedung Putih untuk acara sosial pertama pemerintahan baru.[2]
