Donna Lewis (lahir Agustus 1959) adalah seorang penyanyi berkebangsaan Wales. Dia terkenal lewat lagu "I Love You Always Forever". Di Billboard Hot 100, lagu itu berada di posisi kedua selama sembilan pekan, ditahan dari posisi jawara oleh lagu "Macarena (Bayside Boys Remix)" dari Los Del Rio. Biografi
