David Khari Webber Chappelle (/ʃəˈpɛl/; lahir 24 Agustus 1973) adalah pelawak tunggal, pemeran, penulis, dan produser film asal Amerika Serikat. Chappelle adalah penerima beberapa penghargaan, termasuk dua Penghargaan Emmy dan dua Penghargaan Grammy untuk kategori Album Komedi Terbaik. Ia dikenal luas karena komedi sketsa dan serial bernuansa satire berjudul Chappelle's Show (2003). Ia menulis serial ini dibantu oleh Neal Brennan. Acara ini berjalan hingga Chappelle memutuskan berhenti dua tahun kemudian.
