Bencana kelaparan Kazakhstan tahun 1919–1922,[1] sering juga disebut Bencana kelaparan Turkestan tahun 1919–1922,[3] adalah periode kelaparan massal dan kekeringan yang terjadi di RSSO Kirgiz (sekarang Kazakhstan) dan Turkestan sebagai akibat dari kebijakan komunisme perang,[4][5] yang mengakibatkan 400.000[1] hingga 750.000[2] petani meninggal. Bencana ini merupakan bagian dari Bencana kelaparan Rusia 1921 yang berdampak terhadap wilayah lain di Uni Soviet,[6] sehingga total 5 juta orang yang meninggal.[7][8]

Bencana kelaparan ini disebabkan oleh kondisi kekeringan yang terus-menerus dan diperburuk oleh Perang Saudara Rusia serta kebijakan Prodrazvyorstka yang diadopsi oleh pemerintah Soviet.[1]
