Andrew B. Sterling

Andrew B. Sterling (26 Agustus 1874 – 11 Agustus 1955) adalah penulis lirik Amerika Serikat.

Biografi

Lahir di Kota New York, setelah lulus SMA, dia mulai menulis lagu dan vaudeville. Peristiwa penting adalah pertemuannya dengan komposer Harry Von Tilzer pada tahun 1898. Keduanya memulai kemitraan penulisan lagu yang berlangsung hampir 30 tahun.

Pihak lainnya yang berkolaborasi dengan Sterling termasuk Arthur Lange,[1] Gus Edwards,[2] Bernie Grossman, M. K. Jerome, William Jerome, Frederick Allen Mills, saudara laki-lakinya Raymond Sterling, Ray Henderson, Edward Moran dan Bartley Costello.
