Adzan Tri Budiman, lebih dikenal dengan nama Chef Adzan adalah seorang ahli kuliner dan pengusaha Indonesia.[1][2] Ia bersama adiknya, Reno Andam Suri, ikut terlibat dalam pembuatan film Tabula Rasa sebagai penasihat kuliner.[3]

Chef Adzan pernah bekerja pada Hyatt Hotel Group selama sepuluh tahun, dan terakhir ia dipercaya sebagai Executive Chef Hyatt Jogjakarta pada tahun 2001, sebelum ia meninggalkan pekerjaan tersebut. Ia kemudian mengubah haluan hidupnya dengan menjadi konsultan restoran. Dengan mengusung kuliner Indonesia dan berbasis di kota Jogjakarta, Adzan telah membuka lebih dari sepuluh restoran, di antaranya Gabah Resto, Mlangi Resto, Sekar Kedaton, Sasanti Resto, dan Bumbu Pawon.[4]

Adzan kemudian juga menjadi pengusaha dengan membuka restoran sendiri, diantaranya Restoran Sapi Bali yang juga punya outlet di kota lain, di antaranya di Jakarta.[4]
