Abraham Ortelius (/ɔːrˈtiːliəs/; juga dikenal sebagai Ortels, Orthellius, Wortels; 14 April 1527 – 28 Juni 1598) adalah seorang kartografer dan ahli geografi dari Flandria (kini bagian dari Belgia). Ia dikenal sebagai pembuat atlas modern pertama di dunia yang ia beri nama Theatrum Orbis Terrarum (bahasa Indonesia: Teater Dunia). Penerbitan atlas tersebut pada tahun 1570 diyakini sebagai penanda era kartografi Masa Keemasan Belanda sebagai bagian dari sejarah kartografi pada abad pertengahan. Ia juga dipercaya sebagai orang pertama yang mengemukakan hipotesis bahwa benua-benua yang ada di dunia pernah menyatu sebelum bergeser hingga posisinya saat ini.[1]
