Az 1960-as közép-európai kupa a Közép-európai kupa történetének huszonegyedik kiírása volt. A sorozatban Ausztria, Csehszlovákia, Jugoszlávia, Magyarország és Olaszország 6-6 csapattal képviseltette magát. A sorozat során ez volt az egyetlen alkalom, hogy a klubcsapatok nem az egyedüli végső győzelemért, hanem az országuk végső győzelméért versenyeztek; a klubok a győzelmükkel pontokat szereztek adott országuknak, így növelve országuk esélyét a végső győzelemre.

A kupát Magyarország nyerte el.
