Iput II. bila je egipatska kraljica supruga iz 6. dinastije. Nazvana po Iput I., Iput je bila supruga kralja Pepija II. Egipatskoga.
Pretpostavlja se da je Iput kći kralja Pepija I.
Iput je bila „princeza nasljednica”, „kraljeva najstarija kći” i „voljena supruga kralja Neferkara-men-ankh-Neferkare”. Također, kraljica je imala naslov „ona koja gleda Horusa i Seta”.
Iput je sahranjena u Saqqari; Tekstovi piramida pojavljuju se u Iputinoj grobnici. Kompleks kraljice Iput sastoji se od piramide i hrama.
