Guacamole je umak, namaz ili salata na bazi avokada koji je prvi put napravljen u Meksiku.[1] Osim upotrebe u modernoj meksičkoj kuhinji, postao je dio međunarodne kuhinje kao umak, začin i sastojak salata.[2][3]
