Time’s Up (בעברית: "אזל הזמן") היא תנועה הפועלת להשגת ביטחון אישי ותנאי עבודה שוויוניים והוגנים לנשים במקום עבודתן.[1] התנועה נוסדה ב-1 בינואר 2018 על ידי קבוצת שחקניות ומפיקות בהוליווד כתגובה לפרשת הארווי ויינסטין ו-Me Too.

הקמת התנועה

לאחר חשיפת הפרשיות בהן היה מעורב הארווי ויינסטין פורסם בכתב העת "טיים" מכתב מטעם ארגון הנשים בתעשיית החקלאות האמריקאית בו מתוארים מקרים רבים של אלימות מינית בתעשייה זו. כ-700 אלף נשים מועסקות בתעשיות החקלאיות בארצות הברית.

תנועת Time's Up נוסדה ב-1 בינואר 2018 על ידי קבוצת שחקניות ומפיקות בהוליווד כתגובה למכתב של ארגון הנשים בתעשיית החקלאות. בין מייסדות התנועה נמנות ג'סיקה קאפשו ואמה קייט קאפשו, שונדה ריימס וג'ניפר לורנס. בסמוך להקמתה פרסמה התנועה מודעה בניו יורק טיימס המביעה תמיכה בנשים בתעשיית החקלאות האמריקאית, והכריזה כי תפעל נגד אלימות מינית במגזרים רבים, בהם קהילות של שחורים בארצות הברית וקהילות להט"ב.[2]

התנועה הקימה קרן להגנה משפטית[3] התומכת בקורבנות תקיפה מינית, וארגנה פעולות מחאה רבות. נכון לדצמבר 2018 הקרן להגנה משפטית גייסה מעל ל-22 מיליון דולר ופועלים בה כ-800 עורכי דין בהתנדבות.[3]

הזדהות עם התנועה באירועים פומביים

התנועה זכתה לראשונה לפרסום בטקס פרסי גלובוס הזהב ה-75, בו כמעט כל הקהל לבש שחור, לאות הזדהות עם התנועה. רבים מנאומי התודה בטקס התייחסו למקרי הטרדה מינית, ובמיוחד בלט נאומה של אופרה וינפרי.

בטקס פרסי גראמי ה-60 משתתפות רבות לבשו שחור או ענדו ורד לבן כאות הזדהות עם התנועה. בין המזדהות נמנו ליידי גאגא, לנה דל ריי, קשה, סינדי לאופר ולורד.[4]

במצעד הנשים בלוס אנג'לס בינואר 2018 נאמו מפורסמות התומכות במחאה ובו סיפרו על שחוו, רבות מהן על הטרדות ותקיפות מיניות וחלקן אף על אונס כקטינות, וביניהן: נטלי פורטמן, אוליביה מאן, ועוד.[5]

גם בטקס פרס באפט"א לקולנוע בלונדון בפברואר 2018 המשתתפים לבשו שחור וענדו סיכות עם סמל התנועה.

במהלך שנת 2018 פורסמו טענותיה של דילן פארו, בתו החורגת של וודי אלן, כי התעלל בה מינית. לאחר פרסום התלונות של פארו הודיעו טימותי שאלאמה ורבקה הול, כוכבי סרטו של אלן "יום גשום בניו יורק", כי יתרמו את שכרם מההפקה לתנועת "Time's Up".[6]

ביקורת על התנועה

הביקורות העיקריות על התנועה טוענות כי הוליווד והדמויות המרכזיות בה שאימצו את התנועה עשו זאת באופן פומבי תוך יצירת יחסי ציבור והבטחה שהשינוי הנדרש אמנם יבוצע, אך במציאות הבעייתיות היא מערכתית ומקיפה את כל חלקי התעשייה וספק אם אכן השינויים הנדרשים ייושמו בארגונים השונים שלה. בנוסף, אמנם כל אותן נשים מפורסמות, כולל כאלה שהיו קורבנות הפגיעות המיניות עצמן, שהתגייסו ותרמו לתנועה ראויות לציון על אומץ ליבן ונדיבותן, אך בפועל התוצאה היא שמי שאמורות "לנקות" את התעשייה הן אלה שנפגעו ממנה, וזאת במקביל לדרישה המופנית אליהן "להיראות טוב" ולהופיע בציבור תוך כדי כך.[7]

ביקורת נוספת טוענת כי התנועה ונציגותיה הן עשירות ומפורסמות וכי התנועה מנותקת מהצרכים והבעיות של נשים מקהילות אחרות, וגם כאשר התנועה מייצרת שיתופי פעולה עם ארגונים מתחומים אחרים, זה נעשה לצורך יחסי ציבור בלבד.[8]
