קאדר (בפרסית: قادر, משמעותו בערבית "עוצמה") הוא טיל שיוט נגד ספינות לטווח בינוני, אשר פותח ומיוצר באופן עצמאי באיראן בתעשיות משרד ההגנה האיראני. הטיל יכול לשמש נגד מטרות שונות כגון: סירות, אוניות מלחמה ומטרות חוף.

הטיל נחשף באוגוסט 2011, ותואר אז על ידי קצינים איראנים כטיל "העוצמתי והמדויק ביותר בחיל הים האיראני".[1] סרטון של הטיל פוגע במטרה פורסם בגלוי בתקשורת האיראנית.[2] [3] בינואר 2012, במהלך עשרת ימי התרגיל "ולאיאת 90" שהתרחש באזור המפרץ הפרסי ומיצרי הורמוז, שוגרו מספר טילי קאדר.[4]

ב-10 בפברואר 2013 נחשף על ידי ראש ארגון התעשיות האוויריות של איראן כי קיימת גרסה נוספת של הטיל, המשוגרת מפלטפורמה אווירית - ממסוק. בנוסף לכך נטען כי גרסה זו צפויה לשמש את חיל האוויר והחלל של משמרות המהפכה האסלאמית.[5] ב-21 בדצמבר 2013 בוצע ניסוי שיגור נוסף של טיל הקאדר.[6] באותו מעמד הוצג טיל חוף-ים נוסף – הנאסר-1.

הטיל מצוי בסטטוס מבצעי ומשנת 2011 נמצא בשירות חיל הים האיראני ובשירות חיל הים של משמרות המהפכה האסלאמית בפלטפורמות קרקעיות ובפלטפורמות ימיות. ייעודו להגן על מרחב המפרץ הפרסי, ובעיקר להוות איום אל מול משחתות ונושאות מטוסים אמריקאיות השוהות בסמוך.[7]

טיל אחר, שהוא גרסה מתקדמת לקאדר, הוא ה"קדיר" - טיל איראני שנחשף בשנת 2014 ומגיע עד לטווח של 300 ק"מ.[8]

מאפיינים

לטענת גורמים מערביים, מדובר בגרסה משודרגת של C-802 הסיני וטיל הנור האיראני.[9]

  • הטיל בעל ראש קרב המכיל כ-200 ק"ג חומר נפץ ומתואר כקטלני עבור אוניות
  • הטיל בעל מחשב מוטס דיגיטלי
  • הטיל מנווט באמצעות מערכת ניווט אינרציאלית מדויקת ובשלב הסופי מונחה על ידי ראש ביות מכ"מי אקטיבי[11]
  • הטיל בעל יכולת התמודדות עם לוחמה אלקטרונית ויכולת שיבוש מכ"מים[12]
  • הטיל בעל יכולת תגובה ושיגור מהירה לעבר מטרה
  • הטיל ניתן לשיגור מפלטפורמות שונות: מהים, מהקרקע ומהאוויר
  • הטיל בעל מערכת שיגור ניידת הניתנת לפריסה תוך 30 דקות[13]
  • הטיל בעל יכולת שיוט בגובה של 3 עד 5 מטרים (לוחך גלים)
  • במהלך מעופו, הוא משתמש בשני מנועים בשני שלבים נפרדים: בשלב הראשון, הטיל מונע באמצעות מנוע האצה (בוסטר) מבוסס דלק מוצק המקנה לו את התאוצה ההתחלתית. בשלב השני הטיל עושה שימוש במנוע טורבוג'ט (פרופלור) במסגרת טיסת השיוט בגובה נמוך.[14]
