פטריק פול "פט" גלסינגר (באנגלית: Patrick Paul "Pat" Gelsinger; נולד ב-1961) הוא מהנדס חשמל ומנהל אמריקאי בתעשיות החומרה והתוכנה, מנכ"ל אינטל מפברואר 2021 עד דצמבר 2024, וקודם לכן מנכ"ל חברת התוכנה VMware מאז ספטמבר 2012.

ביוגרפיה

גלסינגר גדל בחווה בפנסילבניה. בשנת 1979, בגיל 18, התחיל לעבוד בחברת אינטל כטכנאי בקרת איכות, והמשיך לעבוד בחברה במשך כשלושים שנה. במהלך עבודתו באינטל קיבל בשנת 1983 תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל מאוניברסיטת סנטה קלרה ובשנת 1985 קיבל תואר שני בהנדסת חשמל מאוניברסיטת סטנפורד.[1]

עבד באינטל בין השאר כארכיטקט של המעבד אינטל 80486,[2] כסגן נשיא ומנהל קבוצת Digital Enterprise Group, כמנהל טכנולוגיות ראשי (CTO). יזם את כנס המפתחים של אינטל (Intel Developer Forum). בספטמבר 2009 עבר לחברת EMC, שם ניהל את קבוצת מוצרי תשתיות המידע (Information Infrastructure Products).

בספטמבר 2012 מונה למנכ"ל חברת VMware. בעת ששימש בתפקיד זה רכשה החברה חברות ישראליות אחדות.[3]

ב-15 בפברואר 2021 החל לשמש כמנכ"ל חברת אינטל. בדצמבר 2024 הודיע על פרישתו המיידית מתפקיד זה.[4]

הוא יושב ראש של תנועת Transforming the Bay with Christ, שפועלת להידוק הקשר בין תושבי מפרץ סן פרנסיסקו ובין הכנסייה.[5]
