מיצי לבלב (באנגלית: Pancreatic juice) הם נוזלים המופרשים על ידי הלבלב,^[1] המכילים מגוון אנזימים, כולל טריפסינוגן, כימוטריפסינוגן, אלסטאזה, קרבוקסיפפטידאז, ליפאז לבלבי, נוקלאז ועמילאז. הלבלב ממוקם באזור הקרביים, ומהווה חלק עיקרי במערכת העיכול ונחוץ עבור תהליך עיכול תקין ולהטמעה לאחר מכן של חומרים מקרו-נוטריאנטים הנדרשים למחיה.

מיצי לבלב הם אלקליים באופיים בשל הריכוז הגבוה של יוני ביקרבונט. ביקרבונט מועיל בנטרול חומצת הקיבה החומצית, ומאפשר שינויים אנזימאטיים יעילים.

הפרשת מיצי הלבלב מווסתת בעיקר על ידי ההורמונים סקרטין והכולציסטוקינין, המיוצרים על ידי דפנות התריסריון, ועל ידי פעולת עצבוב אוטונומי.

שחרור הורמונים אלה לדם מגורה על ידי כניסת עיסה (chyme) חומצית מהקיבה לתריסריון.

הפרשת הלבלב היא תמיסה מימית של ביקרבונט שמקורו בתאי הצינור והאנזימים שמקורם בתאי האצינרים. הביקרבונט מסייע לנטרול החומציות הנמוכה של העיסה המגיעה מהקיבה, ואילו אנזימי העיכול מסייעים בפירוק החלבונים, השומנים והפחמימות להמשך עיבוד וספיגה במעי.

מיצי לבלב מופרשים בתריסריון דרך פטמה (Papilla) בדפנות התריסריון. לחלק מהאנשים יש גם צינור נוסף, הנקרא צינור הלבלב המשני (Accessory Pancreatic Duct), אשר עשוי להיות תפקודי (כלומר, גם הוא מרוקן את הפרשות הלבלב האקסוקריניות לתוך התריסריון) או שאינו תפקודי.
