יחסי קוסובו–קפריסין הם יחסי החוץ בין רפובליקת קוסובו לבין רפובליקת קפריסין.

היסטוריה

קפריסין היא אחת מחמש מדינות האיחוד האירופי שאינן מכירות בעצמאותה של קוסובו. גם במהלך הנשיאות הזמנית של קפריסין באיחוד האירופי, קפריסין לא שינתה את מדיניותה כלפי קוסובו וממשיכה לתמוך בסרביה במהלך האינטגרציה האירופית שלה. שר המסחר הקפריסאי העריך כי יש לתת לסרביה יותר זמן למלא את תנאי המועצה האירופית והוועדה שנקבעו לתחילת משא ומתן ההצטרפות. אם התנאים האלה יתקיימו, קפריסין תמשיך לתמוך בסרביה.[1]

ב-11 בפברואר 2008 הצהירה שרת החוץ הקפריסאית אראטו קזאקו-מרקוליס כי "קפריסין לעולם לא תכיר בהכרזת עצמאות חד-צדדית מחוץ למסגרת האו"ם, ובמיוחד תוך כדי התעלמות מהתפקיד מועצת הביטחון".[2] נשיא קפריסין דימיטריס כריסטופיאס אישר במרץ 2008 כי קפריסין לא תכיר בקוסובו כמדינה עצמאית, מתוך כבוד לשלמותה הטריטוריאלית ולריבונותה של סרביה. כריסטופיאס חזר על התנגדותו להכרה בראיון לעיתון רוסי ואמר: "הדבר המשותף לקוסובו וקפריסין, בכל הנוגע למצב באזורים אלה, הוא שבשני המקרים, העקרונות הבסיסיים של הבינלאומי חוק וחוקיות, כמו גם החלטות האו"ם, מופרות ללא הרף". הנשיא הקפריסאי טען כי השלמות הטריטוריאלית, הריבונות והעצמאות של סרביה וקפריסין נפגעו.

ב-23 בפברואר 2009, בפגישה עם נשיא סרביה בוריס טאדיץ', אמר כריסטופיאס כי "קפריסין לא הכירה בעצמאותה המוכרזת חד צדדית של קוסובו ולא נזהה אותה בעתיד. אנחנו בצד שלכם, לא רק בגלל שהמקרה שלכם דומה לענייננו, אלא בגלל שזה עניין של עקרונות". ב-16 ביוני 2009 אמר שר ההגנה של קפריסין קוסטאס פפקוסטס כי קפריסין לעולם לא תכיר בעצמאותה של קוסובו.[3] באוקטובר 2009 חזרה עמדה זו על ידי כריסטופיאס שאמר שקפריסין לא תכיר בקוסובו, גם אם כל שאר מדינות האיחוד האירופי יעשו זאת.[4]

ב-28 ביוני 2012, משרד החוץ הקפריסאי מסר כי למרות שהם לא הכירו בעצמאותה של קוסובו, הם היו מחויבים במלואם לקידום ההשקפה האירופית של האזור. הם התחייבו כי במהלך נשיאותם במועצת האיחוד האירופי, קפריסין תממש את תפקידיה בצורה נייטרלית ואמינה, תוך התחשבות בעמדותיהן של כל המדינות החברות באיחוד האירופי, אך אין לפרש בשום אופן כל פעולה שנעשה במהלך הנשיאות כמרמזת. כל שינוי בעמדתם ביחס לאי הכרה ולמעמדה של קוסובו על פי החוק הבינלאומי.
