יחסי אורוגוואי–פנמה הם יחסי החוץ בין פנמה לאורוגוואי. שתי המדינות חברות בארגון מדינות אמריקה.

היסטוריה

שבוע בלבד לאחר ההיפרדות מקולומביה, ב-10 בנובמבר 1903, שלחה הרפובליקה החדשה של פנמה אגרת (באמצעות שר החוץ שלה פרנסיסקו ויסנטה דה לה אספריאלה) לממשלת אורוגוואי, וביקשה הכרה דיפלומטית. [1] שתי המדינות כוננו קשרים דיפלומטיים ב-28 באוקטובר 1904. [2]

ב-15 באוקטובר 1912 מינתה אורוגוואי את גילרמו איררזבאל סמית לקונסול שלה בפנמה. פנמה הגיבה במינויו של רודולפו קסטלה לקונסול שלה באורוגוואי. עם זאת, שני הקונסולים לא העבירו את מקום מגוריהם למדינה השנייה. [3] קסטלה הוסמך כקונסול של אורוגוואי בפנמה ב-10 בנובמבר 1914, אך מכיוון שלא תפס את תפקידו כקונסול ממשלת פנמה ביטלה את הסמכתו ביולי 1915. [4]

בסוף 1918 ביקר בלטסאר ברום, שר החוץ ונשיא אורוגוואי הנבחר, בפנמה. מטרת הביקור אינה ידועה, אך אירוע רשמי נערך לכבודו בפנמה. [5]

ב-13 במרץ 1924 החליטה ממשלת פנמה להקים צירות באורוגוואי. השליח הפנמי בבואנוס איירס, חואן ארמן לפבר, מונה כנציג פנמה גם עבור אורוגוואי. בינואר 1925 מינתה פנמה את מאגין פונס לקונסול הכבוד שלה במונטווידאו. [6]

בינואר 1927 החליטה ממשלת אורוגוואי להקים קונסוליה כללית במקסיקו סיטי, שתכלול גם את תחום השיפוט של פנמה. [7]
