טלאל חָמִיָה (בערבית: طلال حميّة) הוא טרוריסט לבנוני, מפקד "יחידה 910" בחזבאללה המבצעת פיגועי טרור מחוץ ללבנון. שימש כסגנו של עימאד מורנייה עד שהלה נהרג בהתנקשות.

לפי דיווח בעיתון המצרי "אל-אהראם" מ-14 באפריל 2009, חמיה מונה בידי סגן מזכ"ל חזבאללה, נעים קאסם, לראש הזרוע הצבאית של הארגון במקומו של מורנייה. דיווח דומה פורסם גם בשבועון הלבנוני "א-שראע".[3] נחשב למחבל עולמי שהוכרז באופן מיוחד, המבוקש בארצות הברית.[4]

רקע

חמיה נולד ב־27 בנובמבר 1952, או ב־5 במרץ 1958 או ב־8 בדצמבר 1958 או ב־18 במרץ 1960 בכפר טאריא (אנ'), שבמחוז בעלבכ או בסוג'וד[1][2] או בשנות השבעים בבריטל (אנ') שמדרום לבעלבכ.[5]

בחזבאללה

בחזבאללה, חמיה היה אחראי על ביצוע פיגועי טרור מחוץ ללבנון. כמו כן סייע למיליציות שיעיות שלחמו נגד כוחות ארצות הברית בעיראק בעשור הראשון של המאה ה-21.[6][7][8] לפי דו"ח מודיעין אמריקני, חמיה היה קשור להתארגנות של חזבאללה בערב הסעודית, שלה מיוחס פיגוע נגד חיילים אמריקנים ב-1996 (בו נהרגו 19 חיילים).[9][5] בעקבות הפיגוע בבניין הקהילה היהודית בארגנטינה ב-1994, הוקלט חמיה בשיחה עם מוע'ניה כשהוא מביע שמחה על הצלחת "הפרויקט שלנו בארגנטינה", ולועג למערכת הביטחון הישראלית על כך שלא הצליחה למנוע את הפיגוע.[10] ערוץ 10 דיווח ב-2004, לאחר שחרורו של אלחנן טננבוים משבי חזבאללה, כי טננבוים עמד בקשר עם חמיה, שלפי אותו דיווח שימש באותה תקופה כמפקד המודיעין של הארגון.[11] באפריל 2011 דיווח ערוץ 2 כי חמיה עומד בראש מנגנון הפיגועים בחו"ל של חזבאללה. עוד פורסם כי במנגנון פעילים אחמד אל-פאיד, המשמש כסגנו, ונאג'ם א-דין, מומחה מטענים וקצין החבלה של חזבאללה, וכי המנגנון הזה עוסק כל העת בניסיון להוציא אל הפועל פיגוע נקמה על חיסול עימאד מורנייה.[12] טלאל חמיה הוא האחראי לפיגוע באוטובוס בבורגס ב-18 ביולי 2012.[13]

ארגוני ביון רבים במערב מעריכים שחמיה צבר ניסיון מבצעי רב במהלך מלחמת האזרחים בסוריה, ושהוא האיש האמון בארגון על הפקת הלקחים ממלחמת לבנון השנייה.

ב־13 בספטמבר 2012 מחלקת המדינה של ארצות הברית הגדירה אותו כמחבל עולמי שהוכרז באופן מיוחד.[2] באוקטובר 2017 נחשף שארצות הברית מציעה פרס של 7 מיליון דולר על מידע שיוביל ללכידתו.[14][2]
