זפאר הוא טיל שיוט איראני לטווח קצר נגד ספינות ומכ"ם שפותח על ידי משרד ההגנה (איראן). הוא תוכנן לנשיאה בתוך מתקן שיגור המותקן על מגוון כלי שיט קלים וספינות טילים מהירות.[1][2]

לפי הפרסומים, ה"זפאר" הוא אחד הטילים נגד ספינות המהירים ביותר בארסנל האיראני.

היסטוריה

בתגובה לאמברגו הנשק של ארצות הברית ב-1992, איראן הינדסה וייצרה מערכות נשק בעצמה, בהם טיל הזפאר.[3]

הניסוי המוצלח הראשון של הזפאר היה באפריל 2011, והוא הוכנס לשירות בפברואר 2012.[4]

מאפיינים

לזפאר יש מערכת איתור מכ"ם פעילה וטווח מרבי של 25 ק"מ.[5] הוא בנוי עבור סביבת לוחמה אלקטרונית, והעיצוב שלו מקשה מאוד על ניטרולו בטכניקות לוחמה אלקטרונית. יש לו טיל מונחה מכ"ם פעיל המצויד בראש נפץ טורפדו.[6]

הזפאר ממוקם במיכלים שניתן להרכיבם על משגרי טילים בבסיס בחוף או על כלי שיט קטנים וגדולים המשמשים את חיל הים האיראני. איראן פיתחה גם מסוק, שאהד 285, בעל יכולת לשאת שני טילי זפאר.[7]

סביר להניח שהזפאר מבוסס על C-701R (אנ')[8] או C-704 ו-C-705 הסינים.[9]
