זאק מקגוואן (באנגלית: Zach McGowan; נולד ב-5 במאי 1981) הוא שחקן קולנוע וטלוויזיה אמריקאי-יהודי.[1] הוא ידוע בזכות תפקידיו בסדרות הטלוויזיה "חסרי בושה" בתפקיד ג'ודי, "סוכני S.H.I.E.L.D." בתפקיד אנטון איבנוב / סופיריור, "מפרשים שחורים" בתפקיד צ'ארלס ויין, ובסדרה "100" בתפקיד רואן.[2]

ביוגרפיה

מקגוואן נולד בעיר ניו יורק שבארצות הברית, לברנדה ולווינסנט מקגוואן. אחיו הגדולים הם דאג ומאט.[3] אביו ממשפחה נוצרית ממוצא אירי, ואמו ממשפחה יהודית-אשכנזית של ניצולי שואה.[4][5] למרות שהם התגוררו בניו יורק רוב חייהם, המשפחה נסעה רבות בגלל עבודתה של ברנדה בחברת יונייטד איירליינס. מקגוואן למד בבית הספר "פילדסטון" לתרבות אתית החל מהגן ועד השנה האחרונה בבית הספר התיכון, שם היה קפטן קבוצות הכדורגל והוקי הקרח וחבר בקבוצות הדרמה והתיאטרון.[6] לאחר מכן למד במכללת קרלטון במינסוטה, שם סיים את לימודיו בשנת 2002.

קריירה

באמצע 2011, מקגוואן לוהק לסדרה "חסרי בושה", בתפקיד "ג'ודי", בעונה הראשונה בתפקיד אורח (עונה 2) ולאחר מכן בצוות הקבוע (עונה 3).[7] העונה השנייה הוקרנה בבכורה של 8 בינואר 2012. לדבריו, עבודתו כדוגמן עירום לתלמידי אמנות עזרה לו להיכנס לתפקיד.[8]

בשנת 2014 מקגוואן שיחק בסרט "דרקולה: ההתחלה".[9] בינואר 2014 החל לשחק בסדרת הטלוויזיה ההרפתקנית הדרמטית "מפרשים שחורים", כששיחק גרסה בדיונית של הפיראט האנגלי מהמאה ה-18, צ'ארלס ויין.[10]

ביולי 2016 הצטרף מקגואן לצוות השחקנים של סדרת הטלוויזיה המדע הבדיונית "100", כששיחק את המלך רואן מממלכת הקרח, לאחר שגילם בעבר את התפקיד ככוכב אורח.[11]

בינואר 2017 הצטרף מקגוואן לצוות השחקנים של סדרת הטלוויזיה "סוכני S.H.I.E.L.D." הוא גילם את הנבל "סופיריור".[12]

במרץ 2018 הצטרף מקגוואן לצוות השחקנים בעונתה השנייה של הסדרה "הטובות למשטרת אל איי", סדרת טלוויזיה המבוססת על הזיכיון לסרט "בחורים רעים" לצד ג'סיקה אלבה וגבריאל יוניון.[13]

חיים אישיים

מקגוואן הוא בן דודה של השחקנית רוז מק'גוון.

ב־27 בספטמבר 2008 מקגוואן התחתן עם אמילי ג'ונסון בהרי סנטה ברברה.[14] לזוג יש ארבעה ילדים.
