אריאלה בהלול-דימנד, 2021

אריאלה בהלול-דימנד (נולדה ב-8 בפברואר 1956 בחיפה) היא סופרת ומשוררת ישראלית. היא ניהלה את בית הספר הפתוח בחיפה[1][2] במשך 21 שנה.

ביוגרפיה

בהלול-דימנד נולדה בחיפה לאמה, בקי בהלול לבית עבאדי, ולאביה, יוסף בהלול, שכיהן כנשיא בית המשפט המחוזי בנצרת[3]. היא בוגרת בית הספר תיכון עירוני ה', בעלת תואר ראשון בספרות עברית וחינוך, ותואר שני במנהל החינוך ותוכניות לימודים, שניהם מטעם אוניברסיטת חיפה.

בהלול-דימנד היא בוגרת סדנאות כתיבה, ביניהן הסדנה של יעקב בסר. שיריה פורסמו בכתבי העת עתון 77 ומאזניים. פרסמה ארבעה ספרים. שני רומנים, ספר שירה וספר בו כינסה את האימיילים שכתבה לצוות המורות והמורים שלה כשהייתה מנהלת בית ספר.

במשך שנים שימשה כמורה ומחנכת בבתי ספר יסודיים בירושלים, בית-שמש וחיפה, והייתה מרצה במכללה האקדמית גורדון. בשנת 1995 התמנתה להיות מנהלת בית הספר הפתוח ע"ש בארי בחיפה, וניהלה אותו במשך עשרים ואחת שנים. בהלול-דימנד הצעידה את בית הספר להישגים רבים. בשנים בהן ניהלה את בית הספר הוא התרחב, ועבר ממקום מושבו בשכונת הדר הכרמל אל שכונת נווה שאנן, נפתחו בו חטיבה צעירה (מערכת גנים בבית הספר) וחטיבת ביניים, ומספר התלמידים בו צמח מ-65, בראשית כהונתה, ל-540 עם סיומה בשנת 2015.

מאז פרישתה מניהול בית-הספר בהלול-דימנד מלווה מנהלים וצוותי מורים בתחומי פדגוגיה שונים, ומתנדבת בקהילה בתחומי חינוך וחברה.
