שרה טל

שרה ליס (טל) (נולדה ב-1936) היא דוגמנית ישראלית לשעבר, מלכת היופי לשנת 1956. נדבנית המתגוררת בארצות הברית.

ביוגרפיה

נולדה כשרה בינשטוק. למדה בתיכון חדש, ובגיל 20, בהיותה סטודנטית לכלכלה, זכתה בתואר מלכת היופי של ישראל. ייצגה את ישראל בתחרות מיס תבל 1956 שנערכה בלונג ביץ', והעפילה לשלב חצי הגמר, אליו הגיעו 15 המועמדות הסופיות.[1]

במשך שנתיים, באמצע שנות ה-50 של המאה ה-20 התרימה למען ישראל מטעם הבונדס בסכומים מצטברים של מיליוני דולרים.

היא נשואה פעם שנייה, ואם לשתי בנות מבעלה הראשון, איש עסקים אמריקאי.

תרמה יחד בעלה השני, המיליונר האמריקאי ביל ליס, מלגות לסטודנטים ישראלים ומיליוני דולרים להקמת מרכז בניו יורק לטיפול בסרטן השד, לאחר שטל החלימה מהמחלה, בסוף שנות ה-50 של המאה ה-20.
