סימפלי בע"מ (באנגלית: Simply) היא חברה פרטית ישראלית, העוסקת בפיתוח ובהפצה של אפליקציות מובייל ללימוד נגינה, שירה וציור. החברה הוקמה בשם ג'ויטונס בע"מ, ובשנת 2022, עם הרחבת סל מוצריה, שינתה החברה את שמה ל"סימפלי בע"מ".[1]

היסטוריה

החברה הוקמה בשם Joytunes ביולי 2010 בידי יובל קמינקא (מנכ"ל), יגאל קמינקא (מנהל התוכן) ורועי איציקובסקי (סמנכ"ל צמיחה וטכנולוגיות). משרדי החברה שוכנים בשכונת מונטיפיורי בתל אביב.[2]

אפליקציות עיקריות:

  • Simply Piano, ללימוד נגינה בפסנתר ובכלי מקלדת אחרים. זו האפליקציה הראשונה שהפיצה החברה.
  • Simply Guitar, ללימוד נגינה בגיטרה. הושקה בפברואר 2020.
  • Simply Sing, ללימוד שירה, הושקה ב-2022.[3]
  • Simply Draw ללימוד ציור עם דף ועפרון, הושקה ב-2023.
  • Piano Maestro, לשימושם של מורים לנגינה ותלמידיהם.

שתי האפליקציות הראשונות מיועדות למשתמשים חובבים בתחילת לימודי הנגינה והציור. השימוש בתקופת ניסיון הוא חינם, ושימוש בגרסה המלאה של האפליקציה כרוך בתשלום דמי מנוי. כשליש מהמשתמשים הם מארצות הברית, והשאר מגרמניה, מישראל, מבריטניה, מברזיל, ועוד.[4] האפליקציה מציגה למשתמש תווים לנגינה ברמה המותאמת לו, ובאמצעות מנוע זיהוי צלילים בשם MusicSense שפיתחה החברה, מזהה האפליקציה את נגינתו של המשתמש ומתאימה את תגובתה לקצב ההתקדמות האישי שלו.

גיוסי הון

באוגוסט 2014 גייסה החברה חמישה מיליון דולר.[5]

ביוני 2018 גייסה החברה עשרה מיליון דולר.[6]

באוגוסט 2019 גייסה החברה 25 מיליון דולר.[7]

ביוני 2021 גייסה החברה 50 מיליון דולר, בהובלת גוגל ונצ'רס, זרוע ההשקעות של חברת גוגל, לפי שווי חברה של מיליארד דולר.[8] עם המשקיעים בחברה נמנים חברת קוואלקום ומייסד ומנכ"ל Yelp, ג'רמי סטופלמן.
