הלייב לָאוּנְג' היא תוכנית המשודרת בתחנות הרדיו הבריטיות BBC Radio 1 ו-BBC Radio 1Xtra. את התוכנית הנחתה במקור ג'ו וילי באמצע השבוע, בשעות הבוקר. בהמשך, שודרה בצהרי היום של סופי השבוע ולאחר מכן שודרה בהנחייתה של פרן קוטון משנת 2009 עד 2015. החל ממאי 2015, מנחה אותה קלרה אמפו. במהלך התוכנית מופיעים אמנים ידועים שמבצעים בדרך כלל שיר אחד משלהם ושיר של אמן אחר, בפורמט אקוסטי. הלייב לאונג' עצמה היא גם חדר פיזי, הממוקם באולפני Radio 1, ממנו משודרות חלק מההופעות; עם זאת, בשל גודלו, רבים מהן מתקיימות באולפני BBC Maida Vale. משנת 2009, טרבור נלסון הנחה את התוכנית ב-BBC Radio 1Xtra, והוחלף על ידי די ג'יי אייס בשנת 2017.[1]

השירים שנבחרו כגרסאות כיסוי הם לעיתים קרובות מסוגה מוזיקלית שונה לחלוטין לזה שמבצע האמן בדרך כלל, ומהווים מעין גרסה אלטרנטיבית מהמקור, המבוצעת מנקודת מבט שונה. גרסת הכיסוי של ג'יימי קולום ל-"Frontin'" של פארל ויליאמס הובילה לכך שקולום הוחתם בחברת התקליטים של ויליאם, סטאר טראק. בשנת 2019, ביצעה הזמרת-יוצרת האמריקאית טיילור סוויפט את השיר "I Can't Stop Loving You (Though I Try)" של פיל קולינס, בגרסה בשם "Can't Stop Loving You". הגרסה זכתה לשבחים ביקורתיים רבים, עד שקולינס עצמו הצהיר כי "[יש לה] קול כל כך יפה, היא בהחלט הצליחה בכך. מקסים אותי לשמוע את זה".[2]
