כריסטופר ברייני (באנגלית: Christopher Briney נולד ב-24 במרץ 1998[1] [2]) הוא שחקן אמריקאי. הוא ידוע בעיקר בזכות תפקידיו כג'יימס לינטון בסרט הביוגרפי "דאלילנד" וקונרד פישר בסדרת הטלוויזיה "הקיץ שבו הפכתי ליפה".

ביוגרפיה

כריסטופר ברייני נולד בהרטפורד, קונטיקט,[3] בנם של שחקנים שנפגשו בניו יורק.[4] יש לו אחות אחת.[5]

ברייני למד בבית הספר מגנט לאמנויות ווטרברי[6] והשתתף בתוכנית תיאטרון אינטנסיבית בת חמישה שבועות באוניברסיטת וסלייאן בשנת 2015. [7] בשנת 2016, הוא עבר לעיר ניו יורק[8] כדי ללמוד באוניברסיטת פייס. הוא סיים תואר BFA במשחק בשנת 2020. [9] [10] בעודו סטודנט, הוא עבד בחנות של רשת המרכולים "Trader Joe's" בלואר איסט סייד .[11][12]

החל מיוני 2023, הוא מתגורר בברוקלין, ניו יורק.

קריירה

בשנת 2021, ברייני, לוהק לתפקיד בסרט הביוגרפי דאלילנד לאחר שהתגתלה על ידי הבמאית מרי הארון .[13] בעודו מצטלם לסרט הוא שלח קלטת אודישן למלהקים של סדרת הטלוויזיה "הקיץ שבו הפכתי ליפה" לפני שהפקת ההסרט דאלילנד יצאה לדרך. הוא ערך אודישן קריאה בזום בזמן שהצטלם לסרט "דאלילנד" בליברפול ולוהק לתפקיד ראשי.[12]

בשנת 2023 דגמן ברייני לקולקציה של אמריקן איגל אאוטפיטרס.[14][15]
