דיוויזיית המילואים ה-16 (בגרמנית: 16. Reserve-Division) הייתה דיוויזיה של צבא הקיסרות הגרמנית. הדיוויזיה לחמה במלחמת העולם הראשונה, ופורקה עם סיומה.

היסטוריה

הדיוויזיה הוקמה ב-2 באוגוסט 1914 כחלק מהגיוס הגדול של פרוץ מלחמת העולם הראשונה. היא נכללה במסגרת קורפוס המילואים ה-8 בפיקוד וילהלם פון אגלופשטיין, אשר בתורו נערך בחזית המערבית כחלק מהארמייה הרביעית בפיקוד אלברכט, דוכס וירטמברג. הדיוויזיה השתתפה במערכה על הגבולות ובקרב הארדנים (1914), ובספטמבר 1914 הועברה תחת פיקוד הארמייה השלישית, ולחמה עימה בקרב שמפאן הראשון ובקרב שמפאן השני. בשנת 1916 לחמה הדיוויזיה בקרב על הסום, ובאביב 1917 למה הדיוויזיה בקרב השני על האן. ביולי אותה שנה הועברה הדיוויזיה לחזית המזרחית ולחמה כנגד מתקפת קרנסקי, ולאחר מכן נותרה במזרח עד נובמבר, אז חזרה למערב ונלחמה בקרב קמברה. בשנת 1918 לחמה הדיוויזיה במתקפת האביב הגרמנית, ולאחר מכן לחמה נגד מתקפת מאה הימים של בעלות הברית. לאחר המלחמה חזרו חיילי הדיוויזיה לגרמניה, וב-7 בינואר 1919 פורקה הדיוויזיה.
