אליס אליזבת ויידל (בגרמנית: Alice Elisabeth Weidel; ‏נולדה ב-6 בפברואר 1979) היא פוליטיקאית גרמנייה ויועצת עסקית. באפריל 2017 נבחרה להוביל את מפלגת הימין אלטרנטיבה לגרמניה (AfD) בבחירות הכלליות בגרמניה 2017, לצד אלכסנדר גאולנד ולאחר הבחירות כיו"רית שותפה של הסיעה בבונדסטאג. בבחירות זכתה המפלגה ל-94 מושבים בבונדסטאג.[1] מאז 30 בנובמבר 2019 היא משמשת כממלאת מקום יו"ר המפלגה, ומפברואר 2020, ועד יולי 2022 שימשה כיושבת ראש המפלגה במדינת באדן-וירטמברג.[2][3]

ביוגרפיה

אליס ויידל, נולדה בעיר גוטרסלו במדינת נורדריין־וסטפאליה וגדלה בורסמולד שם סיימה את לימודי התיכון. אביה היה סוכן מכירות ואמה עקרת בית. ויידל היא בת הזקונים של המשפחה.[4]

היא למדה באוניברסיטת ביירוית לימודי כלכלה ומינהל עסקים וסיימה בהצטיינות בשנת 2004. מסוף 2006 היא עבדה במשך שש שנים בבנק סין.[5] בהמשך כתבה עבודת דוקטורט בהצטיינות יתרה בהנחיית כלכלן הבריאות פיטר אוברנדר בפקולטה למשפט וכלכלה באוניברסיטת ביירוית על עתיד מערכת הפנסיה הסינית.[4] ויידל עבדה במספר חברות כשכירה ומ-2014 היא עובדת כיועצת עסקית עצמאית.[6]

פעילות פוליטית

ווידל הצטרפה ל״אלטרנטיבה לגרמניה״ באוקטובר 2013 בשעה שהמפלגה התארגנה כמפלגה אירוסקפטית. לדברי ווידל, היא גילתה עניין, לראשונה, במפלגה בגלל התנגדותה לאירו.[5] ביוני 2015, היא נבחרה לוועדה המנהלת הפדרלית של ה-AfD . באפריל 2017 ווידל נבחרה להוביל את רשימת המפלגה בבחירות לבונדסטאג יחד עם אלכסנדר גולנד. היא הלסבית הראשונה המכהנת כיו"רית הסיעה בבונדסטאג.[7] מאז 30 בנובמבר 2019 ווידל משמשת כממלאת מקום יו"ר מפלגת אלטרנטיבה לגרמניה, ומפברואר 2020, כיושבת ראש המפלגה במדינת באדן-וירטמברג.[2]

עמדות פוליטיות

הגירה

ויידל מתחה ביקורת על מדיניות ההגירה של הקנצלרית אנג'לה מרקל, ואמרה כי "המדינה תיהרס באמצעות מדיניות ההגירה הזו. דונלד טראמפ אמר שמרקל מטורפת ואני מסכימה עם זה לחלוטין. זו דרך פוליטית לא הגיונית לחלוטין שמתנהלת כאן".[8] היא קראה לממשלת גרמניה להשקיע ב"אזורים כלכליים מיוחדים" במזרח התיכון כדי לעודד אנשים משכילים ומיומנים להישאר במולדתם ולהימנע מבריחת מוחות. כמו כן, וידל הצהירה שהיא תומכת בתפיסת הגירה נוסח קנדה, עידוד הגירה של מהגרים מיומנים על פני מהגרים לא מיומנים.[8][9]

האיחוד האירופי

ויידל תומכת בהמשך חברות גרמניה באיחוד האירופי; עם זאת, היא קראה למדינות חלשות כלכלית, כמו יוון, לעזוב.[8] ואף על פי שהיא תומכת באיחוד, היא מאמינה שגרמניה צריכה לעזוב את גוש האירו.[8]

קהילת הלהט"ב

ויידל הצהירה כי היא מתנגדת לשיחות בנושאי מיניות לפני גיל ההתבגרות ואמרה כי היא "לא רוצה שמישהו עם אידיוטיזם מגדרי או מערכים של שיעורי מיניות לילדים יתקרב לילדי", אבל היא לא מתנגדת שילמדו על הומוסקסואליות בבתי ספר העל-יסודיים. היא גם הביעה את התנגדותה ללגליזציה של נישואים חד מיניים, ואמרה שהיא תומכת בהגנה על "המשפחה המסורתית" תוך שהיא תומכת גם ב"סגנון חיים אחר".[8] ויידל תומכת בשותפות אזרחית לזוגות הומואים ולסביות. ויידל מגדירה את עצמה כלסבית.[10]

חיים אישיים

ויידל היא לסבית ובת זוגה של מפיקת סרטים שווייצרית ילידת סרי לנקה, להן שני ילדים מאומצים.[11][12]
