Felirati Párt foi un grupo político húngaro de corte liberal clásico dirixido por Ferenc Deák, era un dos dous partidos presentes na Asemblea Nacional húngara de 1861 e o que tiña a maioría na cámara.

Contexto

A derrota austríaca na Guerra Franco-Austríaca 1859 significou a caída do ministro do interior Alexander von Bach que seguía unha liña dura de centralización e absolutismo e a modernización das estruturas do Imperio dos Habsburgo que se plasmou no coñecido como o Diploma de Outubro (1860) que dotaba a Austria de elementos constitucionais federalizantes, pero finalmente a Patente de Febreiro (1861) establecía un sistema centralizado que disolvía a Asemblea Nacional húngara, en resposta o parlamento húngaro rexeitou ambos os dous textos negándose a enviar representantes ao Parlamento de Viena e pedindo o restablecemento do réxime constitucional de 1848 pero no seu seo había dúas tendencias, o grupo encabezado por Deák, coñecido como Felirati Párt, era partidario de chegar a acordos coa coroa austríaca para obter o autogoberno no seo do Imperio, mentres o grupo minoritario dirixido por László Teleki ata o seu suicidio en marzo de 1861 estaba pola proclamación dun estado nacional independente.
