Constantin Wilhelm Lambert Gloger, nado o 17 de setembro de 1803 en Grodków (en alemán: Grottkau), na Silesia, hoxe no Voivodato de Opole (Polonia), e finado en Berlín o 30 de decembro de 1863, foi un zoólogo especializado en ornitoloxía alemán.

Gloger foi a primeira persoa en recoñecer as diferenzas estruturais entre as anduriñas e os cirrios, e tamén o primeiro en poñer caixas artificiais para a cría de morcegos.

É famoso por crear a chamada Regla de Gloger na que predí o aumento dos pigmentos escuros nas razas de aves que viven en hábitats calorosos e húmidos. Propuxo esta teoría no seu artigo Das el der de Abändern el durch de Vögel el des de Einfluss Klima (1833).

Outros traballos inclúen Gemeinnütziges Mano-und el der de Hilfsbuch Naturgeschichte (1841).
