La triade de Charcot réunit les 3 signes et symptômes caractéristique de l'angiocholite aiguë, une infection aiguë des voies biliaires.
Diagnostic
La triade de Charcot se compose de trois symptômes dits "pathognomonique" de l'angiocholite :
- La douleur, localisée dans 2/3 des cas au niveau de l'épigastre et dans 1/3 des cas au niveau de l'hypochondre droit.
- La fièvre, supérieure à 38,5°C, avec des frissons.
- L'ictère[1].
