Taoudi est une localité du nord-est de la Côte d'Ivoire et appartenant au département de Bondoukou, district du Zanzan, région du Gontougo. La localité de Taoudi est un chef lieu de sous préfecture et était un chef-lieu de commune[1] jusqu'en mars 2012, date à laquelle elle est devenue l'une des 1 126 communes abolies à l'échelle nationale.[2] . Cette ville située à environ 95 km de Bondoukou à d’énormes potentialités mais manque d'une voie d’accès, pour amorcer totalement son développement.

Les habitants de cette sous-préfecture sont des Koulangos majoritairement


Administration

À la suite du décret N°97-18 du 15-01-1997, la circonscription administrative de TAOUDI fut créée. Son premier sous-préfet fut Rope Guedé Grégoire.
