QSB
QSB est un code qui signifie « La force de mes signaux varie-t-elle ? » selon le code Q.
En usage radioamateur, c'est le « fading » (fluctuations rapides).
Les antennistes parlent de QSB en réception TNT lorsque les variations de signal UHF, lentes ou rapides, affectent une installation d'antenne, notamment dans le cas d'un évanouissement plus marqué, le signal passant alors ponctuellement sous le seuil de décodage du tuner, provoquant un écran noir ou au mieux artefacté. Le QSB peut produire des amplitudes de plus de 10 dB.
