Synopsis

Production

Développement

TF1 en février 2019, annonce un spin-off de La Vengeance aux yeux clairs composé de six épisodes et diffusé du 17 au 31 octobre 2019, centré sur le personnage d'Olivia Alessandri.

Le , après confirmation de la chaîne, Allociné annonce que la série ne sera pas renouvelée pour une deuxième saison, la laissant sur un cliffhanger.

Tournage

Le tournage a eu lieu principalement dans le Sud de la France, entre Aix-en-Provence, Marseille et Nice.

Réception critique

Sur Allociné, la série obtient une note de 2,3/5 dont 90 notes et 15 critiques.

Julie Lassale de Télérama, qualifie Olivia d'une série qui navigue dans un océan de clichés : grosses ficelles, dialogues dégoulinant de mièvrerie. Elle ajoute que même le soleil niçois et la mise en plis de Laetitia Milot ne sauraient illuminer ce sombre navet.

La rédaction de Télé Loisirs ajoute que le jeu de Laëtitia Milot manque malheureusement parfois de naturel et l'intrigue de finesse, usant de grosses ficelles.

Les inconditionnels de Laëtitia Milot seront contents de la retrouver dans le rôle d’Olivia Alessandri annonce Télé Z, même si l’ensemble paraît un peu naïf, la série défend des cas judiciaires intéressants et le trio de redresseur de torts est aussi inédit qu’original.

  • On apprend qu’après ses dix ans, Lou a retrouvé l'usage de la parole.
  • La série se passant chronologiquement cinq ans après La Vengeance aux yeux clairs, Lou a désormais quinze ans. En dehors d'Olivia, c'est le seul autre personnage à revenir dans la série, mais désormais joué par Dionea Daboville qui succède à Clara Boyer.
  • La série est clairement située en 2019, comme l'indique la date de décès sur une pierre tombale de l'épisode 2, ce qui situerait les évènements de La Vengeance aux yeux clairs en 2014, bien que les deux saisons aient été diffusées en 2016 et 2017, respectivement, deux et trois ans avant le début de la diffusion d'Olivia.
  • On apprend également qu'Olivia et Alexandre Chevalier, le père de Lou avec qui elle s'était remis en couple après La Vengeance aux yeux clairs, se sont séparés pour une raison inconnue trois ans après, quand Lou avait treize ans, et qu'il vit désormais sur son bateau en mer, mais qu'il continue de penser à son ex-compagne et à sa fille.
